Please note, if you are booked on to one of the early morning Conference sessions starting at 9.15am please arrive, collect your badge from the registration desk and head down the concourse to the rooms on your left-hand side. I have registered, what do I need to bring with me?

Once registered you will be sent an email confirming you have registered, please bring this with you and you can scan the bar code to receive your badge and lanyard from registration upon entry. Or you can give us your surname and we can look you up and print your badge.

Can I register on the day?

You will be able to register when you arrive at the show, however we would recommend you register in advance to save time on arrival.

What is the event COVID policy and what measures are in place at the venue?

We are committed to providing a safe environment for everyone at the AccountingWEB Live Expo, Coventry Building Society Arena. This includes visitors, speakers, exhibitors, contractors and everyone involved in producing this event.

Everyone coming into the Coventry Building Society Arena should follow our Covid Policy.

- Be prepared to show proof of vaccination or a negative test result. This can be done via the NHS App or by showing a vaccination certificate (if from outside the UK), or by providing proof of a negative test result logged on the NHS website.

- If you arrive at the venue without any proof of vaccination or a negative test you will be asked to return with proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test.

- Testing up to 24 hours prior to arriving at the venue helps provide extra protection for everyone and can be done at home or at an NHS test site free of charge.

- Face coverings are not mandatory in the halls at AccountingWEB Live Expo, but we do support their use should anyone wish to use them.

- When moving around the venue, please be mindful of others around you and make use of the sanitation points in high-traffic areas (theatres, catering etc.)

We will also be undertaking additional cleaning measures at high-traffic areas (theatres, catering etc) around the venue.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, parking is free at the Coventry Society Building Arena. The Coventry Building Society Arena is just 800 yards from Junction 3 of the M6 and within easy distance of the M1 and M40. Sat nav postcode: CV6 6GE.

How do I get to the Coventry Building Society Arena?

Situated in the heart of the UK the Arena is one of the easiest venues to reach.

Will there be a café or place to get food throughout my visit?

Yes there will be numerous points where you will be able to purchase food and drink on the show floor – please visit the central catering area or the kiosk near the organisers’ office.

Do I need to book to attend a conference session?

It is advisable to book on to the conference sessions you wish to attend in advance. Seats are on a first come first served basis and those who have booked will enter the Theatre first. Please ensure you arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to the start time of your session. Bookings can be added to your registration just head back into your registration here (https://accountingwebliveexpo-2021.reg.buzz/) and add them to your booking. If you haven’t booked a session, don’t worry, please head to the Theatre 10 mins before the session starts and vacant seats / standing room will be allocated.

How do I know which sessions I have booked on to?

Sessions that you have booked on to will be detailed in the confirmation email. The session codes will be printed on the reverse of your badge on arrival at the event. These codes act as your ticket to the session.

Will there be a show guide?

Yes there will be a free show guide available to all visitors. This will include a floorplan, exhibitor list, session programmes and other useful information.
