What are the Show opening times?

I booked several tickets and only received some of them!
If you booked other tickets with other people’s email address, then their ticket will have gone directly to them. If they were all booked under your email, then check your spam, and if it’s not there, let us know.
Can I register for a ticket on the day?
Yes, you can get a ticket at the Show’s entrance, but we strongly recommend pre-booking for quicker entry.
Are pets allowed?
Only support animals are allowed inside the Hall.
What about parking?
The Ricoh Arena has several car parks. Parking is free for all attending the show.
Where can I stay nearby?
The Ricoh Arena has its own hotel, the Doubletree by Hilton which is on site. There are 3,000 additional hotel rooms within 10 minutes of the venue.
Will there be food stalls?
Yes, there will be several Ricoh-managed cafes and food stalls on site.
What time can I arrive?
We allow entry to the Hall any time during the day between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on day one and between 10 am and 4pm on day two.
Do I need to book to see a speaker?
There are limited numbers of places for each speaker and workshop session. All the sessions are free to attend, but registering for each session is recommended.
